The first winter snow just happened where I live and it is a real reminder of what true beauty looks like. Not only in my eyes do I see snow as being pure, but many people think of teeth in the same way. There is simply something about this time of the year and bright smiling teeth that really matter. I know in my family this is the time we do a lot of photos and especially at work parties. There is a huge amount of attention paid to teeth in these photos and the person with the worst tends to stand out equally and not in teh same light either. So I wanted to go over some holiday seasonal ways to keep your teeth bright in preparation for all of these photos and family gatherings that are about to occur. And know that now everyone is the same and that is really important.
Because none of us are the same and our health when referring to our mouths is all on different levels you need to make sure you are on a plan from your Dentist. Each human is unique and none of us are on the same dental schedule when it comes to taking care of our teeth, so just knows that the best advice you can get is to take the advice of a dental professional who can help you create the best plan for your own body and mouth.
Now when it comes to the average American we all know what we should be doing on a daily basis. We should be following the American Dental Association’s plan of brushing twice a day for two minutes a day. That is a really good amount of brushing and we do this to get the food particles that are stuck in our mouths out and also to protect our teeth from future damage from plaque-causing things. But this is also the perfect time to work on brightening your teeth.

I have been a huge fan of tooth brightening toothpaste and found that a charcoal-based toothpaste has really helped me naturally and on a daily routine whiten my teeth. It has been a super cool time for me to learn about keeping my teeth bright and white without spending extra money on it. It is really a fun and awesome way to look good in holiday photos without spending all that extra money on specialized gear and products to get super bright teeth.

But there are so many different options that are available for brightening your teeth that go beyond simply brushing teeth. I think that the quickest way that you can on your own brighten your smile and get that snow-white look through whitening strips. I have used Crest’s brand of whitening strips before and they really did work. I found that within a week my teeth went from a yellow twinge to a super bright white and it was all by only taking about 5 minutes of my time during the night to do it. But since it was done quickly and not naturally it did end up costing me some extra things that I didn’t like. It caused me a little bit of pain to get my teeth that bright and that was not super fun.
